It features sleek black interiors and can seat up to 80 people. The White Room also features a chic cocktail menu, a sumptuous range of gourmet delights and is open for lunch from 11am and dinner from 6pm, 7 days a week.

- Zirky's Blake's Restaurant - Hotham
In what is the perfect culmination of gourmet excellence and fine traditional service, famous restaurateur Andrew Blake offers an exciting array of tantalising dishes at Zirky's restaurant, cafe and bistro. In Zirky's Restaurant, indulgent, imaginative dishes will be offered throughout the evening as part of an unforgetable dining experience.

- Fountains - Hotham
Head Chef Nathan Wood direct from the Michelin stared Aubergine, London has created a stunning menu, complemented by an exceptional wine list. Perfect for relaxed afternoon cocktails, dinner or both.

- Graze @ Rundells - Dinner Plain
Indulge in local food and wine creatively presented by local award winning chefs. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in Rundells bar or stop in for après in the sunny outdoor paddock. Open 8am until late 7 days a week for a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Tsubo - Dinner Plain
Tsubo is an outstanding fusion of contemporary Australian and Japanese cuisine with superb service. Open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday 3pm to 6pm for light meals and 6pm until late for dinner.

RELAXED DINING

- General Store - Hotham
The Generals' bistro and pizza menus are designed to make you enjoy and share the flavours of food the way it is meant to be. Casual dining at its best. Open from 10am until late for lunch and dinner with the best year round views! Kids menu and takeaway available.

- McIntyre's Restaurant - Dinner Plain
Open from 7am until 1am seven days a week (11pm on Sundays). Located on Big Muster Drive in Dinner Plain. Enjoy superb cuisine from fine local steaks, seafood and European specialties. Relax with a pre-dinner drink from the extensive wine list or a schnapps by the open fire. Conference facilities are also available for work and social groups of up to 70.

- Swindlers Bar & Bistro
Centrally located in Hotham Central, Swindlers is open from 8am to late offering a continental style menu. Enjoy fantastic pizzas, pastas or roast dishes. It is one of the few eating locales on the mountain that offers true ski in/ski out eating! Swindlers is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kids menu available.

- Zirky's Bistro
Zirkys Bar & Bistro is open during the day for lunch and at night for après drinks and a delicious selection of tapas.

- Cilantro - Dinner Plain
Cilantro has a warm, vibrant atmosphere serving a menu of mediterranean styled tapa, meze and mains in the evenings and a delicious breakfast/lunch menu with great coffee across the day. Cilantro is a casual, funky bar/restaurant with seating at tables, bar and booths.

- Alphutte - Dinner Plain
A cosy and inviting gourmet pizza restaurant and wine bar. Ideal for families and groups after an authentic alpine dining experience. Enjoy gourmet pizza and a fine selection of beverages.

- Chill Bar and Cafe
The perfect venue for a casual meal, snack or coffee, Chill Bar and Cafe is located in Hotham Central and is open every day for lunch as well as apres until 7pm.

- Deli Central and Juice Bar
Deli Central has a healthy focus and offers wraps, rolls and of course fresh juices.

- Hot Doggies
Located at the far end of Hotham Central, Hot Doggies provides a range of quick and easy food options such as chips, pies, hot dogs and donuts.

- Isobar
Isobar is located at the Big D right next to the brand new Hotham Day Care. Enjoy an early Lavazza coffee before hitting the slopes, or warm up by the open fire while selecting from our extensive lunch menu.

- Snake Gully Hut
This is a fantastic on-slope eating locale, offering a range of both hot and cold foods for hungry skiers and boarders. Snake Gully Hut is located at the bottom of the Heavenly Valley Chairlift.

- Zirky's Cafe
In what is the perfect culmination of gourmet excellence and fine traditional service, it offers an exciting array of tantalising dishes at Zirky's restaurant, cafe and bistro. Fondue is regularly available at the cafe!

- Brandy Creek Cafe and Patisserie - Dinner Plain
Not only is Brandy Creek Australia's highest patisserie which bakes its own bread, sweets and delicacies. It's a fully licenced supermarket as well!
